Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; the item ordered is out of stock, the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by ZeroKuBe.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use state of the art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the internet.
We have the right to cancel your purchase without prior notification. Examples of occasions we may choose to cancel your purchase are your card details have been flagged by our fraud screening processes or are declined by our fraud screening processed.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the later of:
(a) the date on which we receive full payment for those products.
(b) the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.

Arbitration will be administered by one arbitrator. The arbitrator may award damages to you individually as a court could, including declaratory or injunctive relief, but only to the extent required to satisfy your individual claim.

Shipping and delivery information
Due to new safety precautions, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number.
Please note that Once the order is placed it can not be refunded, cancelled or changed. Shipping address or the shipping method selected while placing the order can not be changed once order is placed.
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
We do not ship to po boxes.
International shipping options and costs
International shipping rates vary. During checkout we calculate carrier shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.
Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required upon delivery of all packages.
Failed delivery/ returned to sender/ abandoned packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (ZeroKuBe) at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to ZeroKuBe at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at info@0Kube.com.
All purchases of sale items are considered final sale.
ZeroKuBe accepts returns on full priced items only, with some exceptions noted below. You must submit a request for return within 14 days of receiving the items(s), following the instructions noted below.
Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. the item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odours. item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. If you are returning shoes, you must include the original shoe box.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We do not accept returns of ZeroKuBe products purchased at our retailers’ partners. please return your items to the original point of purchase.
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. you can drop off your package at any currier shipping centre. We recommend you obtain a receipt of your drop off and/or note the tracking number.
We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any loss for an item(s) you have chosen to send to us yourself that becomes lost or missing.
When items are being returned from countries where duties and tax could be applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is correctly marked as a return. We cannot be responsible for any costs that arise from the returned package not being correctly labelled.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our distribution center.
All international returns must be shipped back to ZeroKuBe at the customer’s expense.

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.
The refund amount will reflect in the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are currently not able to provide shipping labels for returns.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order, provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received your order.
Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain items including (without limit) goods made to your specification or which have been personalised.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving returned goods in their original condition.
